嘉義經典的家常無菜單料理老店。食材新鮮，料理節奏俐落，不走花俏路線，而是靠經驗與基本功取勝。老闆長年與固定菜販合作，肉品與海鮮品質穩定，吃得出來源與處理的細緻度。點菜時若順著當天食材狀況請老闆安排，常常會有意外驚喜。 茶油雞與米粉是個人心頭好，香氣乾淨、不油膩。這次吃到當季烏魚膘，厚實鮮嫩、口感飽滿，是典型的嘉義味。整體是一家不靠噱頭、靠食材與手路站得住腳的在地老店，大推。 A classic Chiayi-style home-cooking restaurant offering seasonal, no-menu dishes. Ingredients are fresh, cooking is efficient and confident, with no unnecessary gimmicks—everything relies on experience and solid fundamentals. The owner works with long-term suppliers, and the quality of both meat and seafood is consistently reliable, with careful handling evident in every dish. If you ask the owner to recommend dishes based on the day’s ingredients, you’ll often be pleasantly surprised. The sesame oil chicken and rice noodles are personal favorites, clean and aromatic without heaviness. The seasonal mullet roe was thick, tender, and deeply flavorful—a true taste of Chiayi.
