The most not tasty pho bo I ever ate. Bouillon doesnt have a taste. Fake meat in soup, otherwise it said “fresh beef pho bo”. The price is 170, which is a lot. Some guy was smoking near exit and the smoke from cigarette came inside of the restaurant. The owner or waiter doesn’t look friendly Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–200 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
