seriously gorgeous view. great drinks, good music/vibes, and friendly owner. foreigner friendly. keep in mind: cafe is on the second floor of a house, have to use the stairs to the right to access. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–200 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
