Not sure about the hype of this restaurant. The two female servers are rude. The food is ok but not overly good. I went at 11:15 am for lunch but was told the top notch briskets were all sold out, no point to come back again. The service drags down the whole review. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

If you want to get a small bowl of non eventful clear beef broth noodles with the worst service you can find in Hong Kong (and people wonder why many go to China to eat) you go here. I have once ordered their "崩沙腩" (băng sà náam) (refers to a beef cut outside the skirt or diaphragm flank, a very tender cut) which was really impressive. But it’s never available to order alone without rice or noodles despite a much higher price (and IMO more profitable for the restaurant). But they’d much rather sell very cheap bowls of random meat and noodles or terrible lunch or set meals. Another funny thing, I don’t need quality service but you don’t need that “death in the family” feel whenever you enter or are served. There is a line during lunch but I think the shitty service and never available items makes the effort unworthy of your time. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
