This place caught my attention while on a taxi from my hotel to Tainan train station. I decided to give it a try one night and it's a self service hotpot restaurant. You first choose a duck or lamb pot and then grab side dishes from the fridges to be cooked in the pot. I enjoyed the food but it's something else that made this experience memorable. An elderly lady walked in peddling a few drinks to the owner and he's kindly paid more than those drinks are worth. I would support a good-hearted person any day.
