I had the pleasure of visiting 金益168海鮮熱炒 with my girlfriend's family, and it was a truly unforgettable seafood experience that I'd recommend to anyone. This restaurant is situated in a charming, cute fishing village, which immediately sets the scene and gives you great confidence in the quality of the food you're about to eat. The biggest highlight, without a doubt, is the unbeatable freshness. Knowing that all the ingredients are sourced locally, with the seafood caught that very day, makes a huge difference in the flavor and texture of every dish. Everything we ordered from the comprehensive menu was absolutely delicious—it's honestly difficult to find the words to explain just how vibrant and pure the flavors were. The chefs here truly respect the high-quality ingredients, utilizing the re chao (stir-fry) style perfectly. Dining here with a local family who knows the best way to order only enhanced the experience. We were able to enjoy authentic, local favorites that were prepared expertly. If you are ever in the area looking for authentic, fresh-off-the-boat seafood that is prepared expertly and hits every mark, I would absolutely recommend this place.
