We had an incredible dining experience at 鉄板焼き 刃の下に心あり. Our private chefs, Chef Shinjiro and Chef Hidekazu, were both talented and entertaining — making the whole experience fun and interactive. The wagyu beef was exceptional, melting in our mouths, and each dish was beautifully presented. The flame performance was exciting, and the chefs’ humor made it even more enjoyable. The miso soup was comforting and flavorful, perfectly complemented by sake and red wine. We ended the meal with delicious matcha ice cream and sake-flavored ice cream, which was the perfect finish. Despite the language difference, communication was smooth with the help of Google Translate. The manager was very knowledgeable and welcoming as well. Overall, an amazing teppanyaki experience — highly recommended for anyone visiting Japan! Price per person: ¥10,000+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
