Ching Lin Terraceを散策した後、多くの訪問者がこのレストランに立ち寄ります。鉅芝味 Chi's Kitchenでは、中華料理をベースにした多様なメニューが提供されています。丁寧な スタッフの存在なしでは、ここの高評価は実現しなかったでしょう。速い サービスは重要な長所です。居心地のよい 雰囲気は良い印象を顧客に与えます。

Got the pork patty and it was really good. Crispy golden-brown outside, juicy and flavorful inside, seasoned just right so every bite actually tastes like something. The rice underneath soaks up all those savory juices and the fried egg on top ties it all together—runny yolk breaking over everything, crispy edges giving it that extra texture. It's simple food done really well. My friend got the ginger chicken and said it was just as solid. Chicken was soft and tender, not dry at all, with real ginger flavor that actually tastes like fresh ginger—fragrant and savory without being too strong. The sauce was light but stuck to the rice just right, and they gave him the same perfect fried egg on top. He kept nodding while eating so I knew it was good. We both got the ice lemon tea. Fresh, not too sweet, actually tastes like real lemon instead of that fake powder stuff. Good with the food, cleans your palate between bites. Staff was cool. Friendly, chill vibe, makes it easy to hang out and not feel rushed. Definitely worth checking out Price per person: HK$50–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
