I've eaten here a few times in the past. I ordered the pork tonkatsu combo. The pork was still pink and the breading was falling off. When you order their English is good but when you have a problem they seem to forget it. I used Google translate to tell them the pork was undercooked. To which they replied "oh it cooking. Fine fine" If they owned up to it and gave me another one I would have been happy but instead got confrontational. I get it... they're used to dealing with tourists who they'll never see again. I handed them the plate and asked them to throw it out. If you don't want to get sick from undercooked pork there's lots of other choices at the 101 food court.
