The sushi was fine, but I was extremely disappointed by the service. I didn’t have particularly high expectations for the service to begin with, but I honestly didn’t expect it to be this poor. I’m usually not someone who leaves reviews, but the way two of the staff member handled this situation was genuinely frustrating. I left a nearly full CHAGEE drink on the table after only a couple of sips. When the table was cleared, no one reminded me to take it, even though I was still nearby. I came back immediately after leaving and was first told that it had been thrown away. When I returned again to clarify, the male staff member simply said it wasn’t him and walked away without addressing the issue. I was later told that the drink had actually not been thrown away, but had been put aside. It was never about the drink itself — it was about the lack of basic service awareness, respect, and clear communication. After coming here several times, this experience was enough to make me decide not to return. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Lunch
