(English review below) 需要先登記候位。我在週六下午等了大概 40 分鐘，因為店裡的位子偏少（吧檯 8 個座位、雙人桌 5 桌）。座位準備好後，店員會打電話通知（保留15分鐘）。 身為不喝咖啡的人，店內的茶類與無咖啡因飲品選擇偏少。我點了熱金萱茶，是用茶壺裝，但沒有茶葉，無法回沖，跟其他咖啡廳至少能回沖一次相比，稍微可惜。 入座時，店員通知草莓鮮奶蛋糕 16:15 之後才會供應。我 15:50 入座，但實際上到 16:37 左右才上桌，等待時間偏長。 蛋糕的各個元素單吃都不錯。鮮奶油滑順、不會過甜，奶香味明顯；草莓新鮮又甜；蛋糕體偏紮實但口感柔軟。不過一起吃起來會稍微偏膩。盤邊的小點草莓醬很好吃，也能平衡蛋糕的油膩感。如果能在蛋糕中間多加一層這樣的果醬，整體口感應該會更加分。 You need to register to queue for a seat. I waited around 40 minutes on a Saturday afternoon, which is understandable since the shop is quite small (8 counter seats and 5 two-person tables). The staff will call you when your seat is ready. As a non-coffee drinker, I found the tea and non-caffeinated options quite limited. I ordered the hot Jin Xuan tea, which came in a pot but without tea leaves, meaning it couldn’t be refilled. This is different from many nearby cafés that usually allow at least one hot water refill. When I arrived, the staff informed me that the Strawberry Cream Cake would be available after 16:15. I was seated at 15:50, but it wasn’t served until around 16:37, which felt like a rather long wait. The cake components are good on their own. The cream is smooth, not too sweet, and has a nice milky flavor. The strawberries are fresh and sweet. The cake itself is dense but soft in texture. However, when combined, the flavors become a bit overwhelming in the later bites. The strawberry compote (the small dot on the plate) tasted great and helped balance the richness. I think adding another layer of this compote inside the cake would make it more enjoyable overall. Price per person: $200–400 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
