This eatery opens at 7am which is good for people who wake up early. We ordered the fried rice noodles (炒米粉) and poached eggs (荷包蛋). The rice noodles was flavourful with the braised meat sauce on top, and the texture was thin yet bouncy. The egg yolk was runny and nicely fried with crispy edges around the white. The chilli was flavourful and packs a punch, pairs really well with the rice noodles. The owners were very friendly. We returned the next day and they could remember what we ordered previously. Overall, a lovely eatery that serves good food with consistent standards, something that can only be achieved when the owners serve with a sincere heart.
