阿翔蚵仔煎的價格平實、份量十足，是在地人喜愛的平價熱炒店。蚵仔煎與炒飯都使用沙茶調味，對喜歡沙茶的人來說是加分，但我個人覺得蚵仔煎加沙茶口味稍重，沒有那麼對我的胃口。 虱目魚肚煎得不錯，口感和味道都令人滿意。店家生意很好，老闆與店員都非常認真、手腳俐落，不過因為人潮多，需要在外頭排隊等候，炎熱天氣下稍嫌辛苦。 比較可惜的是，地面上常有炒飯炒菜掉落的食材，黑黑髒髒的，看起來不太整潔，會稍微影響用餐的心情。 整體來說，如果你不太介意環境整潔問題，追求飽足感與重口味，這家店仍值得一試。少一顆星是希望環境可以再加強一些。 Axiong Oyster Omelette The prices are reasonable, and the portions are generous. Both the oyster omelette and fried rice are cooked with satay sauce. I personally like satay, but in the oyster omelette, the flavor was a bit too strong for my taste. The milkfish belly was quite tasty and cooked well. The owner and staff were hardworking and attentive, even though the restaurant was packed with customers. However, the long wait outside in the hot weather was uncomfortable. One downside was the cleanliness—there were bits of food like fried rice and vegetables scattered on the floor, which looked a bit dirty and affected my appetite. That’s the main reason I’m giving it one star less. That said, if you’re not too picky about the environment and enjoy strong flavors and good value, it’s still worth a try!
