When I first entered the store, there was someone at the counter but no one attended to us or explained if we should wait. After being seated, the female server with a tattoo on her right arm asked for our order but didn't mention that drinks and condiments were available at the self-serve bar. I later noticed she explained this clearly to the customers next to us, which felt inconsistent. The food was average overall - the chicken was decent, but the beef wasn't to my taste. On a positive note, the other staff members were friendly and welcoming, which made the experience better. Unfortunately, the particular server who attended to us gave off an impression that wasn't very inviting, which affected the overall dining experience. I hope the service can be more consistent across all customers, as that would make the visit much more enjoyable. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1,000–1,200 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
