I am writing to express my disappointment with both the food accuracy and the customer service I received at your store today. I ordered the chicken leg rice set meal, expecting the dark meat chicken clearly displayed in your menu photograph. However, I was served white meat instead. When I brought this discrepancy to the cashier's attention, he was dismissive and blamed me for the mistake, pointing to a separate menu near the register that listed both options. As a customer, it is reasonable to expect the food to match the primary visual menu provided. Passing the blame onto the customer for your confusing signage is entirely unacceptable.
