The soup base is really interesting! Lightly seasoned, savoury and slightly have a taste of coconut milk. The chicken is tender and portion is good! Long wait though, one and done.

We didn’t expect this place to be so popular—on that day we had to queue for about 20 minutes before being served. The noodles were good, with tender chicken, but the soup base didn’t have the rich fish maw flavor I was hoping for. It leaned more on the lighter side. The upside was that it didn’t leave me thirsty afterward, though it wasn’t the kind of soup I’d want to finish to the last drop. The fried tofu was excellent—crispy, hot, and not oily. We really enjoyed that. Overall, it was decent but nothing outstanding. Worth trying once, but not worth the wait in line. A friend mentioned there’s another shop in the same building, so I might give that one a try next time. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $100–150 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
