Shuangying Shimoumi Sushi Tsim Sha Tsui Izakaya During the holiday, I walked the streets in Tsim Sha Tsui, alone, looking for restaurants with ease. By chance, I found a Japanese-style izakaya with a comfortable environment that made me feel relaxed. This restaurant specializes in Japanese cuisine, especially sushi and sashimi, and you'll be hooked as soon as you enter. Under the enthusiastic recommendation of the waiter, I ordered the following delicacies: bright red red shrimp, golden golden sea bream, plump big toro, tender silver cod, sweet brown sugar Isagi, and an exquisite dessert platter. There are silky Japanese ice cream, medium pancakes and sweet and juicy Yubari melon. I was pleasantly surprised with every bite, the ingredients were fresh and of high quality, giving me a real Japanese taste. Especially the sushi has a delicious taste. The sweetness of the fish blends with the slightly sourness of the vinegared rice. I can't help but take one bite after another and feel full of satisfaction. The atmosphere of the restaurant is also great, with soft lighting, suitable for dining with friends or enjoying food alone. This dining experience left me with endless memories and I look forward to coming back next time to taste more delicious food!
