짜장면 is ligit- the best I have ever had, and I have had a lot. It’s way better than Korea. Not too starchy and lots of chunky meat and seafood. Seasoned perfectly. 탕수육 lightly floured and sauce was awesome. Atmosphere is just right for a noodle bar. Thanks to the chefs who kept the taste alive.
