An amazing Bistro in Tainan! Jolene is a wonderful host and Chef Simon is truly a genius.. we had such a great experience! Recommend this highly as the fusion they present is out of this world! Will definitely come back here when I come to Taiwan..

There is lots to love about Bistro Alley but first, and most important, is the food. It is sensational and completely unique - it looks appetizing and tastes even better than it looks - whatever criticisms anybody may have the food cannot be one, simply sublime. What I really loved about the place was how casual and relaxed it felt - fine dining without any of the pretentiousness. The food is not cheap but it is worth noting it's excellence - I do not think it is in any way overpriced, it is a fair price for some truly outstanding food. The only issue you may have is finding the place - it really is down a tiny alley that you wouldn't suspect has one of the finest places to eat in Tainan and, dare I say, Taiwan. I thoroughly enjoyed the food and am planning on returning in future for some more excellent food, I can't wait! I recommend you don't either.
