大変恐縮ですが、私の好みには合いませんでした。夜のコースにいきましたが、全体的に値段に見合ってない感じでした。素材の味を大事にしているのかもしれませんが、臭みや水っぽさが目立つ品が多かったです。一番ひどかったのが車海老でした。ヘドロのような味がしました。赤ウニもこれはほんとに赤ウニか？というほど味が悪く、正直すごくがっかりしました。他にも突っ込みたいところは山ほどあります。高級店でこれは厳しいです。書くかどうか悩みましたが、同じ思いをする人が出ないようにと思い書くことにしました。. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
