鮨己越 不愧是高雄神級名店。 這不是過度追捧，而是實力使然——在高雄的板前界，確實是妥妥的頂流。 環境雅致、節奏沉穩，坐上吧台後整個人自動進入儀式感。 師傅出手優雅、俐落，動作乾淨得像行雲流水，看一整晚都不會膩。 服務細緻到位，沒有距離感也沒有壓迫感，舒服得剛剛好。 日本空運的時令食材新鮮度滿分，搭上師傅的處理與握功，一道道都是亮點。 能吃到這一餐，就是幸福。 唯一的缺點——太難訂位了。 但也正因為如此，每次吃到都更覺得值得。 Sushi Jiyue truly lives up to its reputation as Kaohsiung’s god-tier sushi bar. This isn’t hype—this is pure skill. Among Kaohsiung’s omakase counters, it stands firmly at the top. The atmosphere is elegant and calm, and sitting at the counter instantly puts you in a ceremonial mindset. The chef’s movements are graceful and precise—clean, fluid, and mesmerizing from start to finish. Service is attentive without being intrusive, striking the perfect balance.
