This is a true hole-in-the-wall restaurant. It isn’t on Main Street, but it’s absolutely worth the walk and the visit. We ordered a variety of assorted seared nigiri and loved every single piece. The fish was incredibly fresh and delicately prepared. Update: We later learned that the chef trained under a Japanese master for over a decade and still carries that same dedication, personally selecting fish from the market every morning at 2:30 AM. His commitment to the craft is truly admirable, and you can taste it in every bite. Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
