だい好きな 初めのかつぽう 板前の寿司 。 第一次來體驗頂級的板前壽司，無菜單料理的餐廳，吃的是對日料師傅的信任感和工作人員的貼心的服務。 與家人來過生日，網路提前預約（需），很方便。現場只有13個位置，但座位安排也很舒適。 晚餐是24道頂級食材由台灣師傅精心製作的餐點，熱情的服務和專業的菜品介紹，感覺像是上了一堂日料課，省了一趟飛日本的機票錢～非常值得！ ごちそうさまでした。. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $2,000+

Absolutely delicious. Experience from top to bottom was exquisite. This is not just a restaurant it is an experience. The attention to detail here is phenomenal, after the first dish the servers noticed I was left handed and relocated all my utensils and drinks to the opposite side. That’s how close they are paying attention. Chef was a master with his dishes, each one curated with detail and flavors. If you are looking for a quick in and out spot, this is not it. This is somewhere you go when you want your meal to be an event to remember! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
