We hope there is no misunderstanding regarding this matter. ​Regarding the pricing, our chefs take great pride in selecting our signature in-house aged bluefin tuna and managing the exact temperature so that the "shari (rice) is at body temperature," creating a "nigiri that gently melts away in your mouth." We regret that the meal did not feel worth the price in your experience, and we will work to elevate our quality even further. ​While we are delighted to welcome many international travelers, our goal is to be a sushi izakaya in Sanjo, Kyoto that offers exceptional value and authentic quality to every single guest, rather than just being a tourist-oriented spot.
