大人気の火鍋のお店。予約しないと食べられない模様。濃厚鶏スープをいただいたが、ハンパなく超鶏で鍋をスタートした時点で美味。様々な具材を投入していくことでさらに深まる味わいは絶品。7－8人で一鍋を囲むようなグループが多い。たいへんにぎやかで活気のあるお店。

Market Hotpot, located in H8, is one of the pioneer restaurants in HK that specializes in fish maw chicken pot. Today we visited for the second time for their signature menu. Fish Maw Chicken Pot The two of us ordered half a chicken to share. The soup was rich and nourishing - one of the most intense we've had in HK. The chicken was pre-cooked to the right point with a fair amount of fat. Flavorful and tender meat. The fish maw became softened after boiling for while. Very satisfying pot. Fish Cake Ginger Pork Ball w/ Century Egg Pork Belly Bamboo Shoot Lettuce The pork ball tasted extra ginger with melting filling. Fresh veggies. The crunchy texture and sweetness of bamboo shoot went really well with the chicken soup. For the drinks, we had Tsingtao beer and Snow Fungus & Goji Berry Tea which was actually perfect as a dessert. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: HK$400–450 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
