Tofu fa is a classic Hong Kong dessert. Light, cheap and quick. You can order it with different types of syrups (highly recommend ginger) and top it up with as much or little brown sugar. Not somewhere you can sit down but stand around and eat like one of the many locals. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
