POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! PLEASE DONT EVER COME HERE!! My family and I came for dinner with a reservation, our food was served extremely EXTREMELY SLOW. We ordered a few of their yakitori items, but they served it in the course of 2 hours. Not only so, they were serving customers who came a lot later than us first, totally neglecting our orders. When we asked about our food, the waitress kept assuring us that our food is in the making however it didn’t make much of a difference, they still prioritised the customers who came on a regular basis. We did not appreciate the favouritism towards the regular customers and their lack of customer service. Their apologies were not sincere, and they completely brushed off our problem with the waiting time of food. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
