The owner / store manager didn't seem to want our business (?) Browning of the surface was minimal on many of the skewers, apparently done by relatively slow grilling on low heat. Not my cup of tea. The chicken hearts were quite nicely done tho. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1,000–1,200 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
