本当に美味しい焼き鳥屋さん 家が近くて良かったと行く度思う！ 食いしん坊で飲みたがりな私は空気だけで美味しいと声に出したくなるくらい（出してる笑） 予約しないと中々座れないので予約必須！ Price per person: ¥3,000–4,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

TLDR; The staff was friendly and hospitable, and the food was great. It's cash only, which is of no surprise, but the prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is hard to beat. Seats maybe 12 people at the main counter, then more traditional! (chabudai?) tables seat maybe another 8 or so off to the side. To my fellow foreign friends who so happen to be wandering through this area, please be kind and respectful but please give this place a shot. I suggest knowing some Japanese, but patience, context, and gestures go a long way. I went around dinner time, there were maybe 10 customers max at busiest moment. When I first walked in, the マスタ and others briefly looked at me, understandably confused by my arrival. But shortly after welcomed me in after realizing I didn't walk in by mistake. I am indeed a rare breed in this area, a black, American foreigner. Later they asked how I found them and when I told them on Google, they were quite shocked . The hostess was very accommodating and patient with me, explaining the menu to me with gestures in Japanese. Everything was delicious, and the ambience was warm and welcoming. Even though I was only there for maybe an hour and a half or so, I felt like I squeezed my way in to a family. Even got to chat a little bit with a couple of the regulars who have been going here every week for 10 years (with my very limited Japanese). There was a younger host working there too, and he was excited to assist me with his English, which I really appreciate and was helpful when I got stuck or he wanted to ask about certain things in more detail.
