I enjoyed a lovely tea set featuring six large pork and chives dumplings, accompanied by a refreshing glass of cold soy milk. The dumplings are generously sized, and the filling is both simple and flavorful, combining minced pork with seasonings and chopped chives. The soup adds an interesting twist with a hint of braised beef flavor. At $42 for the set, it’s a delightful meal, and this is probably the fifth time I’ve ordered it—definitely a favorite!
