07/04 08:40 : 不敢相信 換了一個木頭人服務員嗎 ？ 實在無耐 只好把之前的兩顆星服務項目減到一顆吧 對了，前一次在餐廳裡吃的時候 還看到小強 (把其隔壁的客人嚇得跳起來 )。 之前第一次去： 三顆星減為一顆星 早上10點鐘吃早餐還居然看到蟑螂到處跑 加有醬料(比如: 醬油) 的三明治應該用盒子裝而不是用紙套 (特別是兩邊都開口的四方紙套子); 跟店員講了之後 反而被店員說 ”我應該叫菜時先備註) … 作為一個客人怎麼知道三明治裡面加有什麼樣的調味品和醬油, 更何況網上的菜單沒有任何註明 可有這種選擇… ) 07/04 08:40 :. Unbelievable, they hired a Wood server ? I can't help this but to reduce my prior 2-Stars "Service" down to a single Star rating in my opinion. By the way, the last time I dine here we encountered Little Johnny (roache), startled the customers sit next to us . Prior 1st time visit:. Reduced from 3 stars to just 1 star simply because dining at 10:00a.m. in the morning and still seeing roaches crawling around... very disgusting. To me, it's a common sense that when your sandwich has plenty of juice/sauce in it, you simple place that sandwich in a container instead of a paper wrap (especially its one of those 2-sides opened square pouch as the sauce will leak out as the customer removes it from a carry-out bag. When I called this resturance, the person who answered my can told me that the next time I should tell them not to put the sauce in the sandwich... as a order take-out customer how would I know the restaurant puts sauce in sandwiches or not, Plus there was No indicator to exclude sauce (or put the sauce on the side) in the online ordering menu.！.
