Yesterday, I was very disappointed with the service at this MWD branch. One of the older female staff members with large eyes served us in a way that we felt was very impolite. In fact, this was already the third time she had behaved like this, but this time we felt it was no longer tolerable. We recently moved to an area near this restaurant. At first, we were quite happy because the food was good. We have also only been in Taiwan for about two months as international students, so we are still learning Mandarin. For simple conversations, such as “take away” or asking about prices, we are still trying to understand. At that time, my friend and I were still choosing what to order. The staff member was speaking while packing food for other customers, but we did not know whether she was speaking to us or to someone else because she was not looking at us. Not long after that, she snapped her fingers twice at us in a very rude way, judging from her expression. We were very shocked because we felt that this kind of behavior is extremely impolite when serving customers, no matter where in the world it happens. When our food arrived, she also placed it in front of us in a way that made us feel disrespected as customers. After this experience, my friend and I decided that we will not return to this place again. In the future, we would rather eat at the MWD branch in Gongguan, near our campus. Service: 1

抱歉讓你有不好的感受。 事件我已調查完畢，不存在任何言語衝突或歧視侮辱。 我只能說文化不同理解不同感受也會不同。 或許在某些行為上我們想跟你拉近距離，但依你們的認知跟感受覺得他是一種挑釁是一種侮辱，這個部分就是很大的差別。 最後我必須強調我們對任何人無論是國內國外的人都是尊重，不會有任何歧視對待。
