Today, I ate at Mala Star Fry and the food was very disappointing. I ordered level 2 spicy with mala sauce, but it tasted like plain soup — no spice , no mala sauce oil and no flavor. The noodles were mushy and tasteless, and I had to add soy sauce and salt myself. This was far below expectations. This is second time , next time don’t want to eat in Jem 5 th floor mala version 2 . The chief cooking skill is very very poor.

Mala is slightly saltier.. the vegetables pricing was really expensive as they measured by weight so consider not adding tofu cause I almost paid $5+ for one piece of tofu.. overall.. pretty expensive in general and standard has dropped. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
