I highly recommend their Spicy Beef Noodles. The noodles have a fantastic, chewy texture, and the broth is exceptional—numbing but not overly spicy, making it easy to finish the entire bowl. Their fried rice is another standout; it has incredible "wok hei," making it intensely savory and fragrant. Their braised side dishes are also delicious.
