Terrible experience - stay away at all costs.Service was slow. Ordered dumplings and shengjianbao. Food was presented by waiter who promptly coughed over the food just before serving.Both dumplings and shengjianbao were tasteless and without texture, most likely frozen.When bill arrived we were charged 40 HKD for hot water! Disputed with the waiter, who insisted that the water charge is the same as tea charge.Won’t be coming back again. Many better food choices, including japanese restaurant opposite, which is pricey but good quality.

Food is good. Some dishes are too salty. Service is below regular hotel standard. Unfortunately a waiter/ manager ask us to leave "NOW" at 2:30pm saying its time for them to clean, while we noticed the other 3-4 tables were not being asked to go and the restaurant is not full/ busy at all. It's very rude and odd for an airport hotel to 'close' at 2:30pm, especially many of the guest need to wait for flights/ friends. Not to mention we just finish our last dish. With a lunch $250 per head and being ask to go asap, I won't recommend.
