The food is simply outstanding. Not a huge place, main dining area accommodates7-8 large round tables and a few small round tables, plus 3 large round table upstairs - good for gatherings of 8-10 ppl. Must book table in advance. We ordered mantis shrimp, beggar’s chicken, baked fish intestines (all must be pre-ordered). We were most impressed by the beggar’s chicken and mantis shrimp - probably the best in Hong Kong. Only one dessert - steamed milk in ginger essence, and us complimentary. Pricy but worth it! Price per person: $400–450 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
