We usually go to Longge for family dinners, but this time we invited two elders of the family to have tea. Most of the dim sum were normal, but the pork belly with pepper and pickles turned out to be sweet. I don’t know if I’m inexperienced and have never tasted peppery “salty” vegetable pork belly made with “sweet” sauerkraut, but the strong sweetness pouring out of the pork belly is really unpleasant. The two elders had enough food and clothing, but they didn't want to disturb the staff, so they paid and left after the meal. But I might not choose Dragon Court for my next family dinner. After all, I don’t want to be disappointed by the “amazing” dishes when the whole family gets together!
