龍鳳店 is a local restaurant in Yuen Long, famous for their signature waterfall omelette sandwich, which reinvented the concepts of sandwich for me!I was very surprised when my ordered was delivered. It was nothing like what I expected, as I didn’t see the photos inside the restaurant. It was like a plate of scrambled egg instead of a sandwich!But it was so so good! The scrambled egg was so runny and delicious, together with the smoked cheese I topped up for. Thin slices of bread were wrapping eel inside. The eel was definitely great! It’s charcoal grilled. Yum! Best of all, it’s HKD$45 only!
