During my trip to Korea, I visited Garakjeong Sushi because it had so many great reviews and it was close to my accommodation. The restaurant was spotless with a peaceful, cozy atmosphere. The chef and staff were warm, friendly, and attentive, providing quick service while making me feel very welcome. The sushi was incredibly fresh. I especially loved the sushi rice, which the chef explained was made with yuzu shari. It had a unique color, a light citrus aroma, and a refreshing flavor that made the sushi even more memorable. They also served a complimentary bowl of cold soba noodles, which was absolutely delicious. I enjoyed my first visit so much that I've already been back three times during my stay in Korea. That says it all! I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for fresh, high-quality sushi, outstanding service, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
