The owner and her son which I assume as a so assuming, seemed like good people. The noodles were interesting and somewhat similar to naengmyeon, but different because they are made with flour instead of buckwheat or starch. The dish also seems connected to Korean history, which made it even more interesting. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
