I can't really give "atmosphere" a rating since this is a vendor outside on a corner by a mall. But aside from that, this guy has some great corn dogs and a variety of other skewers at great prices. He's usually got people there versus other vendors. If you're in the mood for something quick and tasty, you'll enjoy this spot. Price per person: ₩1–10,000 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
