One of the worst dining experiences we’ve had. The sashimi took over 30 minutes, and several dishes we ordered never arrived. We weren’t even given a menu, and there was no staff assigned to our table. When we asked about our food, the responses were unclear and unhelpful. Only after we complained did they say they were understaffed. The manager didn’t even know our order. We were told the meal wouldn’t be charged due to the issues, but I paid. I just want have a good service, not free food that’s why I complained. We planned this as a family meal, and the entire experience was completely ruined. Very disappointing and unacceptable service. Price per person: ₩50,000–60,000 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
