Hands down the best lamb skewers (양꼬치) I’ve ever had—this is an absolute lifetime favorite. Every time I come to Korea, I make a point to come all the way to Guro Digital Complex Station just to eat here. That alone says everything. The skewers are perfectly seasoned, grilled just right, and incredibly flavorful without any strong gamey taste. Everything comes out hot and fresh, and the overall quality is consistently top-tier. The owner is also genuinely kind and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. Great food, great service, and a place that never disappoints.
