강촌 여행 코스에 꼭 넣어야 할 숨은 맛집입니다. ‘순메밀막국수’(11,000원)는 100 % 메밀이라 면발이 까슬하면서도 찰기 있고 담백합니다. 동치미 베이스 육수는 첫맛은 슴슴하지만 뒤끝 감칠맛이 길게 남아요. ‘표고완자’(10,000원)는 바삭한 옷 안에 표고버섯 향이 폭죽처럼 터져 특제유자소스에 살짝 적셔 먹으면 고소 지수 200 %. 직원 동선이 빨라 추가 육수·열무김치 리필이 30초 컷, 태블릿 주문이라 부모님 모시고 가도 편했습니다. 다만 10~15시 까지만 영업해 늦게 가면 헛걸음 할 수 있어요!! 그래도 강촌 물가 치고 착한 가격, 강촌역·엘리시안CC에서 차로 5분이라 접근성이 좋아 재방문의사 100 %입니다. 아! 녹두전이 엄청납니다. 꼭 드세요 두번드세요!! 표고집 강촌막국수 무조건 재방문각입니다!!! A true hidden gem you have to add to your Gangchon itinerary! The “100 % Buckwheat Makguksu” (₩11,000) comes with pleasantly coarse yet springy noodles, and a dongchimi-based broth that starts light but leaves a long, savory finish. The “Shiitake Fritters” (₩15,000) arrive crispy on the outside, bursting with earthy mushroom flavor—dip one in the broth and the nutty goodness goes off the charts. Staff move fast: extra broth or spicy radish kimchi appears in under 30 seconds, and the tablet ordering system makes the whole experience stress-free even with parents in tow. Do note they only open 10 a.m.–3 p.m., so show up early or risk a wasted trip! Still, for Gangchon prices it’s a steal, and the location is just a five-minute drive from Gangchon Station or Elysian CC. I’m already planning my return visit—Pyogo-jip Gangchon Makguksu is an absolute must-try!
