This is a popular pork rib (dwaeji galbi) restaurant in Ingye-dong, Suwon. The ribs are hand-cut in a traditional style rather than machine-cut, making them thicker with a great texture, and they are aged for about 200 hours, which makes them juicy and chewy. At under ₩20,000 for 300 grams, the price is considered very good for the quality. The marinated pork ribs are especially recommended, and the lunch set (about ₩16,000) includes charcoal-grilled ribs, rice, and stew. The restaurant is spacious with plenty of parking and is suitable for groups, with a separate space upstairs for larger parties. Many visitors also recommend taking a walk to nearby Hyowon Park’s Wolhwawon, a beautiful Chinese-style garden, after the meal. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
