The spicy fish stew at Hongcheon branch of Gyeongpo University Sashimi Restaurant is a perfect combination of the rich broth and the cool spicy taste. The hearty fish flesh melts into the soup to give it a deep umami, and every bite you eat makes you feel refreshed. There is no more perfect bowl to finish after eating raw fish.
