This was hands down one of the best KBBQ meals I’ve ever had. Every single cut of meat was high quality (from the meat market downstairs): perfectly marbled, juicy, and cooked right at the ideal temperature. The staff let us grill and everything was cooked to perfection, so all we had to do was sit back and enjoy. The side dishes were fresh and traditional, especially the kimchi and lettuce wraps, which tied everything together perfectly. The flavor was so clean and rich that you didn’t even need sauces. The restaurant itself had that local feel (it was pretty hot inside) with great service. Every bite just hit perfectly- pure Korean BBQ done right.
