This is my gold standard for samgyetang. When I first arrived in Korea back in 2010 this was the first place I had samgyetang. It became my favorite Korean dish and I've compared every one I've had to this restaurant's ever since. I left Korea at the end of 2022 and I think about this place's samgyetang to this day. It’s been a long time since I’ve had such authentic ginseng chicken soup. The broth is naturally light, but they offer additional seasonings so you can customize the flavor. The staff were very friendly, and everything was excellent. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
