This place was a Gyukatsu restaurant near Suwon city hall station. I went up the stairs to the second floor and found Kobe Gyukatsu. I had the shrimp three-fold rice bowl with the gyukatsu set meal, and gyukatsu was soft and delicious. And the shrimp three-fold rice bowl tasted good, but a little salty.
