I am a tourist that ended up staying in Uijeongbu for purely incidental reasons. This is a restaurant I ended up yet by pure coincidence whilst it was pouring heavily. The staff were incredibly hospitable. I could not speak Korean and the staff did not seem to speak much English either but we managed to communicate using translation apps. However, the service rendered by them was immaculate. They consistently checked up on me to see how I found my food and if I needed any top ups for my side dishes. This was during the lunch period and the restaurant was still quite empty so perhaps they had the time and manpower; but the fact that they did shows great commitment. The food was amazing. The beef was medium and tender. I can still envision the taste even after hours has since passed. The side dishes from the bamboo shoots, the kimchi, dried anchovies and other greens were great. Like I mentioned previously, if I finished a dish; the staff would automatically top it up. I am unsure if it was store policy. Based on food and service, one of the best meals I have had while being overseas. Price per person: ₩30,000–40,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
